I have practiced in many settings from group as big as Kaiser – to solo practice, from urgent care to long term care. I also take care of babies right after they were born to elders in their last stage of life (hospice). It is quite rewarding to see life in its full spectrum. I am happy to be your doctor as I often tell my patients.
I learn that life is brief. We ought to take great care of our health both physically and psychologically. Physically, do eat healthy, drink clear water, get enough sleep, take time to exercise, do routine physical checkup with a physician. Psychologically, be mind-full at the things you do, put down that digital gadget and take a deep breath, smile, say hello to people, be courteous, be kind, love yourself, love your family. Don’t let anger get its way too easily, step back and calm down before you judge or act. No, none of us are sane! We need to be reminded.
